The Internal Quality Assurance Cell of the N.E.S Education College was established in 2024 and is committed to uphold and enhance the quality of education as per the guidelines of the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) and the University Grants Commission(UGC). It aims to create a dynamic environment conducive for innovations and facilitating learning opportunities to learners from all the sections of the society.

Objectives of IQAC
We welcome you to the Internal Quality Assurance Cell of the N.E.S Education College .Our objectives are in line with the mission of nurturing excellence in higher education among learners from all the sections of society. Here is a brief overview of the objectives:

• Uphold for continuous improvement in the holistic performance of the institution.
• Fostering innovations and creation of a learner -centric environment catering to the individual differences among the learners from diverse strata of the society.
• Organize Conferences, Workshops, Seminars, Faculty development program etc., to develop and enhance the competency and skill of the faculty and staff.
• Integrate and encourage inno0vative practices for effective teaching learning and administration.
• Develop and apply quality benchmarks and parameters for various administrative and academic activities.
• Ensure inclusivity by gathering feedback from stakeholders, including faculty. students, administration and the community.
• Executing transparency in all activities related to quality assurance and improvement.
• Identification, documentation and dissemination of best practices for the benefit of the institution ,society and the nation at large.

Functions

• To prepare the institution for accreditation process by ensuring compliance with NAAC guidelines and standards.
• Initiate ,coordinate and monitor measures to improve the overall performance of the institution leading to quality enhancement.
• Facilitate administrative and academic activities to ensure adherence to quality benchmarks .
• Provide support and guidance for the quality initiatives to promote a culture of continuous improvement.
• Establishing a system for collecting feedback from stake holders, students and faculty and analyze the data to identify and locate the areas for improvement.
• To conduct meetings , organize Conferences, Workshops, Seminars, Faculty development program etc., to develop and enhance the competency and skill of the faculty and staff.
• Promote a research culture in the institution by encouraging faculty and students to get engaged in research activities.
• Document and disseminate best practices within the institution to build a work culture of continuous improvement.
